The PFI legal survey for 2024 highlights 583 deals over US$500m per transaction, cumulatively worth nearly US$527bn and signalling an uptick in legal activity from last year’s 464 global deal score. Subscribers can access the report via Deals Data or by clicking here.
The report includes data from 141 global law firms and has outlined 330 deals in the Americas, most of them in the US, 220 deals in EMEA and only 52 deals in Asia-Pacific. The report gathers deal data from October 2023 to September 2024.
