Subash Narayanan is Deputy Head of Project Finance at DBS Bank Ltd. He has more than 20 years experience in banking, with 15 years in infrastructure / structured financing. Subash has worked in advisory and arranging capacity on deals in the power, telecom, & mining sectors, and across jurisdictions. He also has expertise in ECA & Multilateral financing schemes.

Monetary Authority of Singapore
Bernard heads the Financial Markets Development Department in the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The Financial Markets Development Department aims to build a vibrant financial market in Singapore, bringing together sell-side capital market products and solutions with buy-side asset managers and insurers.

Audra Low

Audra is a founding member of the Clifford Capital management team, with overall responsibility for client coverage and transaction execution. Since joining Clifford Capital in 2012, Audra has overseen the successful completion of over $1bn of financing across the infrastructure, offshore marine and shipping sectors globally. Prior to that, Audra spent 12 years in project finance with HSBC, playing a key role in the origination and financing of numerous award-winning projects in South East Asia, both as financial advisor and lead arranger.

Eric is part of the Financial Services practice in Asia Pacific, focused on Finance & Risk, addressing strategic, transformational issues to the senior levels of financial institutions in the entire region. Eric has a over 25 years of experience in banking, having worked in Finance, Accounting, Project Finance, Risk management, Capital Markets, Credit, Structured and Corporate Finance as well as Corporate Banking on three continents. Eric joined Oliver Wyman from Moody’s where he was Senior Director in their Enterprise Risk Solutions business. Previously Eric was with Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, Nomura, DBS , UBS and Citi.

Adrian Wong

Adrian is a transactional lawyer specialising in the energy and infrastructure sector, qualified in both English and Singapore law. Adrian has advised power generation, transmission, renewable energy, petrochemical and construction companies as well as oil and gas companies in relation to their projects internationally. Previously Adrian was as an in-house legal counsel for a multi-national energy company with experience across Asia, having worked for clients in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Mongolia.

Luca Tonello

Luca Tonello is Deputy General Manager and Head of Project Finance for Asia under the Investment Banking Department of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC). Luca has more than sixteen years of experience in the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. He currently heads the project finance team of SMBC in Asia, a role which he assumed in 2015. He was previously Head of Oil & Gas between 2013 and 2015. He has been based in Asia for the last eight years and worked in both Singapore and Tokyo.

Nauman Ahmad
Sembcorp
Has been involved in the development and financing of energy projects globally for 22 years. His last appointment was as the Chief Operating Officer of Lanco Power International, the international arm of Lanco Infratech, one of the largest integrated IPP developers in India. Prior to joining Lanco, Nomi spent 12 years at Wartsila in various senior business development and structured finance roles in Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Finland and the United States.

Rana Karadsheh-Haddad

Rana is Country Manager in Singapore for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) where she is heading up IFC’s operations in Singapore, which includes infrastructure investments, infrastructure advisory, agribusiness, TMT/PE/Tech investments, IFC’s Asia Treasury Hub and three of IFC’s Asset Management Funds. Before taking on the role as Country Manager, she was leading the infrastructure investment team covering Singapore and the Philippines.

Gina Lim is Group Director, Trade Services & Policy for International Enterprise Singapore, the government agency promoting international trade and partnering Singapore companies in going global.
